Warpcast Rewards

Making a few tweaks mid week to prevent algo gaming: 

- Only top 100 casts count towards score. 
- Only X engagements from a user will count (exact number tbd)

Most users will see a moderate decrease to scores, accounts that were gaming the system should see a larger decrease

This prevents two things: 

- Farming points by generating hundreds of casts 
- Farming points by using alt accounts to like every post you make.

Why are we doing this? 

The @johngalt13 account has been stress testing our algo 😀 We've found some weak points that we're patching up to make the algo more fair for everyone.

GG even though i’m not there yet, its good that spam doesn't count for rewards
