Turn this example that sends a Cast into an example that updates the FC profile eg bio or url

MUST run client side. eg using @farcaster/hub-web not some nodejs or neynar or extra thing. Can assume I have a signer already ty @privy 

Several sdks including standard-crypot/farcaster-js do not implement this & I think it could be due to a lack of a protobuff or something lower level. 

The path forward 'I think' is to use submitmessage() but I do not know how to hash or encode this for userdata nor do I have any interest in learning this at this time. WAY too much time on what should be one of the easiest things to do. Devs please do something. @v
