I do like the warning first but a permanent label seems a little harsh.
People can and do change their ways and should be allowed back into the fold following a change in behavior.

This FAQ explains the reasons very well, but how do you deal with the consequences? I didn't know that the actions described in this FAQ could result in being labeled as a spammer, which indeed is no excuse, and because of this, my replies are hidden. Is it possible to get rid of this label in the future?

How many is a lot? Because I see a lot of people on my timeline that doesn’t know or follow me (because someone I follow gave them a like/comment/recast)
