What changed? - Clear call to for users to get Warpcast. - Clear call to actions for devs to get to docs.farcaster.xyz - Moved everything else to docs.farcaster.xyz.

Why is Warpcast featured? Users were signing up with apps and tools that were no longer supported. They were getting confused and frustrated, and leaving Farcaster. Warpcast is the only actively developed Farcaster client that is a) a full wallet client b) actively developed c) implements the protocol correctly
