A note on "permanent" spam labels 

If you ignore the warning and get the spam label, it won't be removed until you show a long period of good behavior. This maybe several weeks or months until we re-evalaute your account and you've posted enough so that we know you're not spammy. 

(we are still building this system so its effectively permanent for now)

I have had several friends be labeled spam with no warning at all.  Did these warnings ever get implemented?
