I've been seeing more and more people creating NFTs by using HydraLive (which is essentially just changing a few parameters in the code created by somebody else) even a few using GRND 

Hydra is free to use to play with it, but you are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes - to sell it as NFTs

It is licenced under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 👇 and it's written at the top of each piece (code)

Yeah in this space I've seen everything. I know some people are using big trade mark brands or charaters because they "don't know" it's not allowed, but many just don't care if they "steal" other people's work. 
Same as claiming that an AI assisted piece is made by hand or a real photo

Interesting, I've seen several artists using Hydra for gen art... Good catch, usually if I see "CCBY" I think it's just basically CC0 + attribution but there are a few different licenses so it's good to read more closely.

Gina would rather see, that those who used it, come out and say themselves if they wrote the code or just changed some numbers in the codes others wrote 😉 

Don't want to wrongfully "accuse" anybody by tagging, because they still might have written it themselves. 
I wrote this cast just as a little reminder and sort of warning to be careful what you all do out there both as artists and as collectors 😊

Damn Gina what is going on and which ones do I need to avoid?
