Sense

I've been dreaming of this moment for years - standing atop the highest motorable road in the world, taking in the unparalleled views that stretch out before me. As I slowly make my way up the winding, switchbacked road to Umling La, my heart races with a mix of exhilaration and trepidation. At over 19,300 feet above sea level, the air is thin and crisp, biting at my lungs with each deep breath.

But the pain is worth it when I finally reach the summit and step out of my vehicle. I'm immediately struck by the sheer scale and grandeur of the landscape. Snow-capped peaks pierce the brilliant blue sky, their jagged ridges reaching up towards the heavens.

 while words and images may fall short, they are the best way I know to inspire others to seek out these breathtaking places for themselves. To stand in awe of our world, and to never take for granted the beauty that lies beyond the horizon.
