Everyone thinks I have a good husband. From the outside, it looks like this. Gifts, traveling, the whole family is dragged away from him except me. It's simple, my husband takes out loans and opens credit cards to buy gifts. For the sake of 5 minutes of a nice gesture in front of family and friends, we then restrict ourselves for a year. It would work if he was pulling it from his paycheck, but no. I've cussed and returned gifts back to the store, taken away credit cards and what not. My family and husband don't hear me, to them I am a spoiled and stupid tantrum. My husband once again gave me a “gift” - a car. Apparently now we will not eat at all .... #life #history #interesting

It’s crucial to have open and honest conversations about finances in a relationship. Material gifts shouldn’t come at the cost of your well-being. Your feelings are valid, and prioritizing financial health is essential for a sustainable partnership.
