1. Resetting and Changing Transaction PIN:
Security is a top priority for Azza, and we’ve added the ability for users to reset and change their Transaction PIN. This strengthens security and enhances user control, ensuring a seamless experience in safeguarding transactions.

2. Transitioning from LLaMA to GPT:
To make Azza smarter, we’ve migrated from LLaMA to GPT as the core Large Language Model (LLM). This brings:
- Improved Accuracy: More relevant answers.

- Enhanced User Experience: Smoother, better interactions.

3. Refining the Bot’s Responses:
Based on last week’s feedback, we fine-tuned Azza’s responses to be more conversational, helpful, and aligned with user expectations. These updates enhance human-like interaction while maintaining accuracy.

4. What’s Ahead?
This week’s updates are another step in building Azza with our users. As we continue to gather and implement your feedback, we’re shaping Azza into a platform that truly serves its community.
