Wie diese Ziele dann erreicht werden sollen können wir mit dem “one health" Ansatz der WHO sehen. Regelmäßig Impfen von Mensch und Tier mit individuell angepassten Impfstoffen als Universallösung, digital gespeichert garantiert es (durch Nötigung) diese Pflicht.
