a few things that you might want to helpfulL

1. links don't get nurfed. put them in the first cast.

2. longer casts do well here. 
sometimes better than short ones. for you guys's content this might translate into going more into the context behind news/story you're casting about. the audience is quite well read, but not as up to date to the daily changes of stories you guys follow so closely.

3. farcasters are heavy AI users -- you guys can explore sharing AI sessions where people traditionally share wikipedia links. i.e. start perplexity (recent stuff) or chatGPT (historic stuff) and share the link to it so the users can dive deeper into the topic by continuing your session. 

4. don't be shy. if there's anything about the platform or crypto mechanics top of mind for you feel free to cast about it. people are eager to help and really happy that you're here.
