I do think it's kinda hilarious that one of the biggest iPhone update stories in years is the shape of the icons... and at the same time there are Android phones that literally let you change the size and shape and style of the icons every day for fun. Such polar opposites

The monkey is dead, the gate has been shattered, and the porch is vacant. All I can do is stand here with a bloody stick and wonder what it's all been worth.

Nobody cares about Android because it is so customizable, it has no personality of its own. Would you rather own a Porsche, or a adapta-car with infinitely customizable panels that you can mess with for hours and get it to sort of resemble a Porsche?
