Not unusual. Predictable. Typical crooked politicians. The left and the right in Congress agree on one thing: they should be allowed to do insider trading legally when no one else can.

Congress has many unusual perks. Proposals to block these activities are always rebuked by their rote recital that “free markets are free”. Insider trading? I thought No one was above the law or at least that’s what’s Steven Seagal taught me.
