It's not! I created a token to help bootstrap Artto's wallet. When you send it an NFT it should reward you with some $ARTTO. Soon it will make bids in $ARTTO for art it likes. Ultimately, it will swap ARTTO for ETH as well to just purchase NFTs for sale.
