Equestrian is a competition between humans and animals that requires riders and horses to undergo years of training to demonstrate elegance, courage, agility and speed on the field. Equestrian originated from the productive labor process of primitive humans. In 680 BC, the ancient Olympic Games included a horse-drawn carriage competition. Chinese equestrian also has a long history, flourishing in the Zhou Dynasty and flourishing in the Tang Dynasty.
