Today i spent 2h interviewings kids (17-20) for the apprenticeship. I walked him expecting to talk to awkward and uncomfortable teenager. Boy, I was so wrong, I was genuinely impressed by how articulate (and naive) they were. They gave me hope for a better future for mankind.
