Update tg to latest version if u have not already... If you have then add paw to home screen by clicking on the 3 dot and selecting add to home screen once done 

Close and open paw from the shortcut on homescren after that go to the 3 dot again and click add to home screen ur claim button should show after this.... claim ur 5k paws

Please take note that for this task adding to home screen was just a coincidence what is required is a tilt of your phone forward. Adding to homescren worked for me probably coincidentally as subsequently it was a tilt of phone forward that worked.

The main idea is flipping your phone back and forth for the gyroscope to be sensed but you can choose to drop the phone with the screen down like this and pick it back up. This has worked for most users confused about flipping the phone back and forth
