1. The floor price is very very low  — everyone can bid 

2. You can bid for and buy more than 1 fan token for a member or channel. When you bid you designate:
a. What price in $moxie your are bidding 
b. How may fan tokens you want to bid for at that price 

3. There will be full transparency on all bids and clearing prices

Got a question on the payouts if you please may. 

I believe the 20% payout to the fan/channel token holders is not paid in $Moxie but to buy and burn the fan tokens. The upside is not earning in $Moxie but a relative piece increase of the fan tokens. Is this inference correct?
