Looks like I’m actually still banned from $DEGEN Tipping over till further notice, general activity might also be lessened again @dwr.eth @v Be aware that user experience is heavily impacted by the projects that thrive (and fail). I’m sure I don’t have to explain to you two how the general correlation between farcaster and degen has had dramatic effects on DAU and vibes. Obviously this is not a full on responsibility of the Warpcast team, but given my experience with RTFKT being wound down by Nike, I find it important for founders to communicate with people in their ecosystem… lest the damage done be irreversible. @jacek is a great dev but he’s not a great DEGEN. Perhaps I’m overthinking this, but I simply cannot accept being banned by this ecosystem considering how much I’ve given vs how little I’ve taken. What I’m asking for here is a response from jacek explaining why I am banned and ofc the removal of the ban. I’ve done nothing that other respected creators haven’t.

Oh and I know that I’m still a nobody in this ecosystem, but Farcaster has consistently had this “cabal” issue and I’m just generally sick of it. It’s not even just the community projects, the active/power badge was a polarizing issue for quite some time. I was HEAVILY impacted by that, negatively ofc… even though I was “early” to the platform. Unironically, “all I had to” was reply guy to the right people and get into the right circles, in order for someone to vouch for me. I was badged up the next day 😭 I really want to see this ecosystem thrive, but overall it’s not very good at making consumers, users, or even creators feel welcome 😳 (I identify as all three 😭)

Agreed a) rules in crypto shouldnt change and if they are it should be with notice and offer ppl the ability to leave (eg unstake) b) the farming issue is dumb. DeFi IS farming. That’s why we’re here. DEGEN only exists because us original DEGENs spammed the shit out of it and farmed for tips in the pre season and first season LET US DO WHAT WE WANT!!

It is very disappointing that you have also been banned. But the strange thing is that first, they ban someone, then they create a rule, and then they inform about that rule. How can anyone avoid being banned this way? I hope many people will leave this project now.
