Not sure if ETH India has such phenomenally high energy levels because web3 is taking over the world or India just has these many surplus people

Was in India for a month or so this year - was really impressed. Polygon doing some huge things that are still very under the radar (their "Guild" system that helps put on local events is great; anecdotally their outreach to colleges is quite good too!).

💯agree Polygon single-handedly introduced web3 to India Most number of engineering students graduate in India than anywhere else in the world, so makes sense for any ecosystem to try and capitalise on that
