I tried The New Bar in Venice, an “alcoholic free drink discovery platform”. TLDR: it could take a lesson from Impossible’s Pat Brown who always said the world won’t convert from meat to meatless unless it tastes just as good. non-alcoholic beer kinda has this down. wine, canned cocktails, etc gotta figure it

Agree! Had some luck with a three foxes ‘aperitivo’ (pictured) and a few wines from the brand Non. They’re both Australian, dunno if they export to the US tho. https://i.imgur.com/QQBu8tm.jpg
