ahoyhoy (oh, this is from when I slipped and fell in the bathtub)… say I have 10B of coin $D … how can I lock that up so it’s represented by equal amounts of $E, $F, and $G tokens? i.e., how can I publish a token that’s comprised of multiple other tokens?

You're looking to create a wrapped token or a token basket. You can use a token wrapper like Uniswap's Token Wrapper or a decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol like Aave's Tokenized Basket.
