hey everyone! 🎉 just wanted to share the awesome news that i finally finished my first 5k run today! 🏃♂️💨 can’t even believe it, considering i used to be a couch potato 😂 thanks to all my friends who kept pushing me, you guys rock! if you’re thinking about starting, do it! you totally got this! 🙌 also, any tips for recovery? my legs feel like jelly right now 🤣
