Jobs could already take into consideration a job category setting on my profile. Adding categories to a profile, and defaulting job filters to match relevant content would be nice.

Under perks, instead of listing the builder score required you could display how much I’ve left until I unlock a perk (or if I’m eligible already). Would feel positive and geared towards action, “20 points to left to a Devcon Travel Grant”. Claim cta could also be disable when builder score is not enough (similar to sold out).

A while back, I explored how Summie could feel at home across mobile, web, and desktop. I dove into designing a Mac version that brings depth, light, and texture to the canvas, and the result feels exciting: the app stays focused on its core, while key actions truly pop like never before.

Tomorrow is the first awebrie open office hours. Every week, we will host a session you can hop in and discuss a product or design problem. If you are a founder or product leader without a design team, or a solo designer working at a startup you should consider joining in. awebrie.com/office-hours

Designers, show me some of your sketchbooks. Sketching is such key tool of my product design workflow, I love seeing how other people sketches look like.

Writing is a tool for thought, allows us to reflect and refine our opinions — it's worth something, it's worth the slow down. And don't get me wrong, I love AI and believe there's a place for it in writing.. but we shouldn't handoff our point of view on a subject with a prompt.

Brave this new world, where we all strive for empty volume. AI tools write for you, comment on posts for you, engage with your audience for you. I often wonder if this is what we should be striving for, emptiness.

It's 2024, everyone meets virtually and every participant brings their plus one along.. an ai note taking app. Is it just me that finds it odd? Feels distracting. Products like RewindAI feel way better positioned by acting on the background, and working across slack/meet/zoom/whatever — plug and play.

Looking for NFT artists to give us feedback on a new mechanism we're experimenting with at Verso. Should be willing to jump into a quick call with us and should have sold NFTs previously. Maximum 5. 50USD - (USDC or ETH) @bountybot

Accidentally messed up my camera settings, and I only noticed waaaaay later. My fuji likes to turn itself on while inside my backpack... so enjoy some pinkish pictures of Helsinki.

Athens was special. A break away from home, some distance I was needing. My camera stayed at home most days but I still captured a couple of shots.

Seems like I’ve missed the last couple of days of picture sharing. I’ll try to catch up, restarting with a trip to Paris. This time I challenge myself to carry only a 56mm lens and understand how it changed my view of the city. Here’s a few favourites.

During a road trip through Morocco, we went to a surfing spot called Anchor Point, in Taghazout. The waves looked tempting, even to a newbie like me. On land, an old VW was giving me all the right vibes.. straight to the mood board. https://etc.umzuuh.com/202310-TAGHAZOUT

At first glance, this image may seem unremarkable. While a friend and I strolled along Hydra's coastline, we encountered two older friends on a similar journey. Then I noticed a moment – our shadows cast upon them. It felt poetic, as if they were projecting the future. https://etc.umzuuh.com/202305-HYDRA
