Today I tried for the first time to make a salad with fried eggplants. It turns out to be very tasty 🤤 
Have you tried this, do you like this salad?

I used to often order at the Tokyo City restaurant, but one day they brought me non-crispy ones, to which I received an ingenious answer - “before they didn’t cook for you correctly! They shouldn’t be crunchy.”

Oh, then the whole point of this salad is lost. Apparently they didn't want to admit their mistake and decided to get out in such a ridiculous way.
