The cryptocurrency—friendly Evolve Bank and Trust has admitted that it was aware of "unauthorized activity" — in particular, the theft of 33 terabytes of user data - over the past month, despite notifying users of the hack only last week.

The data leak is attributed to the Russian hacker group Lockbit and reportedly includes personal data of Bitfinex users.
