Mary is a model of the kind of openness to the Holy Spirit that all Christians should have, an openness that allowed her to sav "ves" to God's blan for the salvation of the world. French agronomist Antoine-Augustin Parmentier dedicated his career to 'hyping' the potato, known only as hog feed in the 1780s.
