Kerri Langlais, Chief Strategist at Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf, said that if there is an opportunity to expand profit margins, the company will consider a merger, but if it is only for the purpose of "building an empire," it will not consider a merger transaction. Kerri Langlais stated that he would definitely consider opportunities for inorganic growth through mergers and acquisitions, but expanding solely for growth or 'building an empire' without considering profitability is meaningless. @ugoo @ryanshea.eth
