Other People’s Habits (OPH) > Other People’s Money (OPM)

OODA pwnage = leverage(OPH)

Best case: Your protocols, compounding returns

Average case: lossy random walk/squeakiest wheel pwnage

Worst case: Adversarial OODA pwnage

“OPH” is a concept (analogous to OPM) that’s repeatedly cropped up in my notes over the last decade, though I never wrote it up. Taking OPM or catalyzing OPH creates principal-agent moral hazard. You should act like a good VC wrt your habits.
