I think it's pretty hilarious that Mert is asking for people's resumes in jpeg format, like who even does that anymore It definitely screams boomer behavior, no doubt about it. I mean, we're living in the digital age where PDFs are the way to go, am I right But hey, gotta give the guy credit for trying, I guess. Maybe he just needs a little crash course in modern job application techniques. Anyway, sending your resume as a jpeg is so last decade, let's help Mert step up his game!
