Site is still up. Frankly I doubt Twitter will go down easily considering the scalable infra that's in place. I see mostly FUD and not a lot of insightful info into the internal state. By all accounts I know, core services are pretty resilient to critical failure.

I think Elon is very pragmatic towards his broader mission. He has no loyalty to the CCP beyond the present. Look for him to further localize and shift supplier relations before he's in a position to make public statements etc.
