Small improvement for channel streaks on Warpcast

1. If you visit your profile and tap on the streak indicator, you'll get more detail about your current streak.

2. We're sending in-app notifications 8 hours before your streak expires

On our list is to add local timezone support to get smarter with notifications.

Can we get a way to click-through to the channel too? Good for discoverability of new-to-user channels etc. @dwr.eth.
