I'm curious about the state of deploying frontends to decentralized systems.

If you wanted to deploy a dapp frontend to talk to some contracts on an EVM chain, what stack + decentralized hosting solution would you reach for?

Spent more time than I should looking for a decentralised alternative to Vercel (AWS) for deploying a simple API. 

Went through a list of platforms and tech stacks and hit quite a few dead-ends and "coming soon"s.

R.e. API decentralized API endpoints, I wish @gelatonetwork offered this as part of their web3 functions product. It would integrate super nicely with them, as they're essentially stateful webhooks.

Nice, second entry for React + IPFS. What React setup do you go with?

Probably ipfs. Pinning service like @pinatacloud. For wallet and smart contracts veim + wagmi.
