It’d be cool if there was a DAO that owned property in different cities that were set up as coworking/maker spaces. Members in those cities could maintain them and work there, and if you’re visiting a member city, you’d have a place to work/hang.

Anything like that exist?

No, but I thought about buying a three unit apartment building in New York and doing something like this, but operationally it just takes a lot of time and effort

I live in a co-op that I started with some friends. Sharing the upkeep with the other members makes it easier for sure, but everyone has to be very values aligned
