Nice, good to know. I'm gonna start up a React Native project pretty soon and I'm thinking it'll be a good opportunity to start building our component library. I'm hoping I can use Tamagui to make it cross-platform, we'll see how it goes. Hopefully it's improved in the last 6 months 😅

Used it on a project, but haven't played with it for like 6+ months. Great potential; my issue was that the documentation was iffy in places and that package updates would break things due to all the 3rd party hooks.

Used by 1.4k people and having 140 contributors makes me feel better about its age. I'll try it out in a month or so when we start building a RN app at work and report back.

This looks kinda cool, but since it's a fairly new framework, I'm wondering if it will continue to be maintained well into the future. Also, I see people on HN commented that it's difficult to set up with NextJS.

I have been working with tamagui a bit this year and would recommend. While it is not perfect the team has done a great job and imo has made the right trade offs with their approach to cross platform.
