i don't think new programmers will ever fundamentally understand front end programming ever again. the AI is too strong. if something looks off, the zoomers are just gonna reprompt instead of trying to understand the underlying logic

Flexbox is a little overrated tbh. Would like to see more CSS Grid in the wild.

Flexbox was an absolute godsend when it first came out. Made so many hacks obsolete. That said, people def use it in cases where grid would be better

But now with CSS Grid you can forgo several layers of HTML nesting whenever you need a row inside a column or vice versa.
