Oh, I love to see it. I have a lot of confidence in Uniswap's stance and this is a great way to get regulatory clarity. Only think I want to see more is the accruing egg on Gary's face.

The optimist take for sure and probably a good one, but I would rather have an actual framework to work within rather than the arbitrary regulation by enforcement the SEC seems to have chosen.

Agreed. In the meantime at least we can get some landmark cases under our belt. Still holding out hope that the US stops trying to strangle innovation, but in the current political climate, that seems unlikely.
