While I’m a new account, looking to build, and whilst also not rushing the process, I admire the other end to this- paying others to get my message across

If I was a dev, and I would love to share a beneficial project to a special audience, and I know that I would achieve that when a popular dev interacts for more publicity, but I’m not being followed by the dev, what do I do ? @phil
