I think everyone has a hierarchy of social media platforms they dedicate time to 

And when their audiences / info flows are better curated, they focus on those platforms first

And so when e.g. doing conferences attention is only enough for 1-2 platforms 

We’re increasingly getting fatigue with the influx of new platforms 

It’s novel to engage on a new one but old habits die hard and unless info flows are comparable we revert back to the original
