Let’s take a major company, like Tether. When they receive a report of fraud, what do they do?
Exactly: they block the accounts of suspicious users and freeze their funds.
If the users are proven innocent, the funds are returned.
If guilty, the funds are confiscated.
Why can’t we implement a similar approach?
If everyone continues behaving like these "farmers," I might as well do the same. Why should I bother attracting new users? Why should I even try?
Instead, I could just focus on filling my own pockets and selling off what I’ve got.
Transparency and fairness should be at the core of every system. We all have a shared interest in its growth, but without control and measures to counter dishonest practices, this is impossible.
Moreover, after blocking, the funds remain in the project, not in some bar in Korea. 2 replies
