In words it sounds very easy.
Just many people who have money do not understand ordinary people, if a person writes nasty things - most likely he is tired of just losing money on such projects
People spend a huge amount of effort, time, invest their money, advertise, and then see only minuses on their balances, and all for what? For the sake of feeding the creators.
And it's very hard to manage such a crowd, alas.
They need an incentive.
