Topic's sense
Memecoins are primarily driven by hype, often reflecting short-term speculative trends rather than long-term value propositions. While some memecoins have seen huge gains in a short period, these spikes are usually based on social media trends, memes, or viral moments rather than any fundamental innovation or real utility. As a result, they’re often considered high-risk, short-term investments. For memecoins to transition into more stable, long-term investments, they would need to build more substantial use cases or technology, which is rare in the current market.
Absolutely meme usually rely on community-driven initiatives, which is what differentiates them from other coins, but they follow the same fundamental principles of decentralization and digital currency.
Community is by far the most important factor for memecoins.
