Hedera ($HBAR) Launches MiCAR-Compliant Stablecoin HEUSD Hedera has announced the launch of HEUSD, a new stablecoin fully compliant with EU MiCAR regulations. This move aims to fill the gap in the European market following the delisting of USDT in the EU starting December 31. 🔑 Key Highlights: HEUSD Powered by Stablecoin Studio: Developed in partnership with Ripple and Aptos under the MiCA alliance, ensuring full regulatory compliance. XRP RLUSD Aligns with MiCAR: Ripple’s XRP RLUSD will also meet MiCAR standards thanks to the MiCA alliance. White-Labeling: HEUSD supports white-label solutions, enabling companies like Google to launch branded stablecoins with minimal risk. 🌐 European Strategy and SWIFT Replacement The launch of HEUSD and the collaboration between Ripple and Hedera highlight efforts to modernize or replace the outdated SWIFT banking system, strengthening their positions in the global financial ecosystem.
