Garlic Herb Butter Butter (let it soften a bit) Garlic (finely chopped, the more the better!) Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro – chop 'em up!) Salt (to taste) Mix everything together until smooth. Shape it into a log (wrap in foil) or spoon into small molds. Freeze it. Melt it over potatoes, pasta, or grilled meat. Spread it on toast or bread Perfect for steak, fish, or roasted veggies.
