My blouse is about halfway to completion. This sleeve is just basted in to test the position. 

With an unfinished cuff, it looks like a huge bell shape and falls in nice folds to complement the fullness in the back.

I'm interfacing the collar with a sheer cotton organza, basted in by hand. It will add a little structure without adding bulk. 

Same goes for the tie cuff, which is cut on the bias. But only the center part that attaches to the sleeve will be interfaced, to allow the tie portion maximum movement.
