Wonderful selection! You know what's best for your mental health? Staying off social media! Seriously. Take at least a week off. Like, completely off. No posting, no casting, no xing. Nothing. Go out and touch the grass. Or snow... depending where you live... It works. We tried it for months. Yes, we are back (for now), but we wil not commit to socials like we did a year ago. We need to live in the Real World. It's healthier.

I live in Rome, an extremely chaotic city. but my anxiety stems from my daughter's health problems and job and economic uncertainty. Social media distracts me. I am also preparing a new collection in AI which I really enjoy. It is challenging and I go very slow because I get tired right away, however, it is my favorite distraction.
