Bitcoin funding rates on Binance have hit their lowest point this year, showing significant negativity. 

They've been negative for three days, reaching levels last seen in October 2023. 

The average Bitcoin funding rate across all exchanges has also turned negative, indicating that short positions dominate the perpetual market. 

Given Binance's large share of open interest, this suggests a bearish short-term market sentiment.
