FYI this is the action we have taken: 1. Removed Tweenky as a Verified Artist on Phi 2. Removed any social amplification we have provide dhim or his artwork 3. We are in the process on removing his art as well We sincerely apologise for this situation, and are working on ways to verify artists and catch stolen artwork in a better manner. On the plus side, I would love for you @miguelgarest.eth to join the Phi Family of artists and share your beautiful creations on Phi if you feel like it. I'm here if you have any questions 🙏

Greetings! I would like to clarify the situation with @miguelgarest.eth. First of all, there is no clear regulation on what kind of work can be published on Phi! Secondly, I published this work not for the purpose of earning money, but to support the project in a certain topic, no more, to mint or not, the work published by me - solely the desire of each user. Thirdly, what right does he have to call me a liar and a thief? I saw this work on a third-party resource, which in no way indicated the author of this picture, it seemed interesting to me and I decided to publish it. When each of millions of people will be able to publish his or someone else's work in the same way, it turns out that everyone is a thief and a liar?

In conclusion, I want to say that both are wrong in the conflict, because he could have told me about it in private messages and we would have solved everything peacefully, but he put it publicly. I wrote to him in private messages and apologized, I removed his work that I posted, I don't mind admitting my mistake and I admit it, but I think your judgment is just as flawed. Sincerely, tweenky.
