User opportunities:

1. Suggest values: make suggestions for values they believe are important to the Ethereum community. To do so, a small fee of 0.001 ETH must be paid.

2. Vote with ETH: participate in voting for or against proposed values by contributing a certain amount of ETH and paying a small commission to the shared value pool.

3. Receive rewards: as more people vote for the same value, participants receive a share of the commissions paid.

4. Shape the future: values are ranked by the total amount of ETH given for them. Participants can withdraw their ETH at any time.
