Is there a way to send 15000 once to play ten times? Only downside to the game is bridging every few minutes.

that's a good point! I'll bring that up with the devs. an option like "pay x10" would be cool and then it would keep track of how many playthroughs you've done using those 10 "tickets"

nope just top 10 - you have to decipher if you think you've made it to the number one spot. it's part of the game of risk! there is no certainty, only intuition. We may change this in the future, though.
